What Was the Problem?
Dublin Academy was growing quickly and becoming one of the
best-known grind schools in Stillorgan, South Dublin. Its digital
presence, however, was not keeping pace with the company's growth
or its position as a major provider in the sector.
How Did We Fix It?
We met with Marketing Manager Tom Ritchie and the company owners at
their Stillorgan facility. Together, we identified three priority
areas: a website that did not reflect the standard of a leading
education provider, a non-existent SEO structure and a Google Ads
account that lacked transparency and accessible reporting.
We proposed and delivered a complete website rebuild, introduced a
focused six-month SEO campaign and launched new Google Ads
campaigns with clear reporting. The new campaigns began driving
growth quickly and at a cost-effective rate.
Conversion Tracking:
We set up and managed Google Tag Manager to capture every important
action on the website, giving the team a reliable view of which
campaigns and enquiries were producing results.
Remarketing:
We created remarketing audiences and used YouTube video campaigns
to reconnect with people who had visited the website, keeping
Dublin Academy visible throughout the decision-making process.
What Were the Results?
The campaign supported the rapid expansion of the grind school and
the creation of a new full-time Leaving Certificate school. It also
established a successful long-term marketing partnership that has
continued to deliver results for more than a decade.
